My initial first year of parenting was a major learning curve, but I’ve finally figured out sustainable ways to turn my mom life into the life I love and always dreamed of!
Being a mom can be so much more than being constantly exhausted, stressed out, and overwhelmed.
You can have your life that you love – which includes activities that you enjoy and make you feel your best. It can include getting your health and your body back after pregnancy and all the sleepless nights take their toll. It can also include an organized home – even with kids running around in it. And it can include a fantastic relationship with your spouse – kids don’t have to kill the romance.
